On the banks of the Urumea River and very close to the campsite you will find one of the most beautiful villages in Navarra. Enjoy its traditional architecture, get lost among its farmhouses and its palatial houses built hundreds of years ago, Casa Torre Ibero (a 17th century armory type house), Palacio de Alduncin… discover a 19th century wash house and the church of the Assumption and the hermitage of Santa Maria Magdalena.
Enjoy its gastronomy and discover its wonderful mountains. Mandoegi, Arriurdigain, Añone, Loitzata, Artikutza… An endless number of trails where you can disconnect to connect with yourself.
Natural Park of Artikutza
If you enjoy seeing plant landscapes, this is definitely the forest for you! In addition, you will be able to appreciate impressive beech trees turned into sculptures, numerous historical monuments. From Iskibi, we challenge you to find the incredible mining past. A beautiful tour to enjoy with the family.
Mount Mandoegui
The Mandoeghui mountain is the perfect walk, a perfect route that joins Goizueta Arano and Leiza with a drop of just over 1,000 meters. Undemanding and simple, a perfect path for spring and summer for its large shaded trails.
Urumea River
Urumea stands out for being a river where you can perform a multitude of activities, fishing areas, swimming, canoeing….. Don’t think twice and come to our river! In addition, you will be able to disconnect and enjoy the sound of the water.
Añarbe reservoir
A magnificent excursion is a visit to the Añarbe reservoir, right on the border in the municipality of Errentería. From the campsite you can reach it through an 8.6 kilometer trail, a pleasant walk of about two hours.
A dam built in the 70s, which supplies water to the entire area and the city of Donosti, which divides Gipuzkoa and Navarra. To visit it is to visit the tranquility and calmness of its waters.
Donostia
Eating, going to the beach, walking, going up to Igueldo with the kids, going to the Aquarium, the Peine de los Vientos, some pintxos in the old part of town. Donosti offers an infinity of plans all within your reach due to its proximity to our campsite.
Leitza
Located in the valley of Leitzaran. Some of the most interesting areas to visit are; the Peru Harri museum, where we can learn about the stone culture and the Herri Kilorak which are the rural sports of Euskal Herria; the old town of Leitza. You can also do activities such as hiking along routes like the Leitzalarrea Trail.
Arano
Arano is located 14 km from Goizueta. The municipality of Arano is composed of 4 nuclei, Arano, Suro and Urumea. It is a neighboring village by its mountains, you can visit a beautiful route through the Cromlech Lepakaestua, visit the Hermitage of San Roque, passing through Burningo Borda, and reach Arano.
Something that makes Arano special is that it is the only town in Navarre with sea views.
